Let's continue novena in preparazione della commemorazione dei nostri “nati in Cielo”.

Praying for our loved ones, who live in the peace of the Lord, is the best way to feel them close, in communion with us.

Light a light and recite the proposed prayer (one for each day) and end with eternal rest.

Let's pray together

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

O God, come save me.
O Lord, make haste to help me.

Glory to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as it was in the beginning now and forever and ever.

I believe in God, almighty Father, creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, was born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he descended into hell; on the third day he rose from the dead; he ascended to heaven, sits at the right hand of God, the almighty Father; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, eternal life.

Grande è l’afflizione delle anime del Purgatorio alla vista spaventosa dei propri peccati che dovranno espiare con sommo dolore in questo luogo di purificazione.

Da vivi, infatti, non erano sufficientemente consapevoli dell’entità delle loro colpe che in Purgatorio emergono molto chiare. O Eterno Padre, Dio Santo ed Onnipotente, Dio Santo ed Immortale, io Ti amo e Ti adoro sopra ogni cosa poiché Tu sei Misericordia Infinita e mi dolgo con tutto il cuore di averTi offeso.

D’ora in poi intendo adoperarmi in tutti i modi per non allontanarmi più da Te. Donami nuovamente, o mio Dio, la Tua grazia. Abbi pietà di me ed abbi pietà dei nostri fratelli del Purgatorio.

O Mary, Mother of God, full of grace, come to the aid of the souls in Purgatory with Your powerful intercession. Through it, may Jesus Christ, Thy beloved Son and our Lord, grant them to share in his glory and his blessedness.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Your name, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread, forgive us our debts as we also forgive our debtors, and do not abandon us to temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Hail, O Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Glory to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as it was in the beginning now and forever and ever.

Eternal rest give them, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon them, may they rest in peace.
