Dear brothers and sisters, good morning!

Proseguiamo le catechesi sui testimoni dello zelo apostolico.

Siamo partiti da San Paolo e la volta scorsa abbiamo guardato i martiri, che annunciano Gesù con la vita, fino a donarla per Lui e per il Vangelo.

But there is another great testimony that runs through the history of faith: thatof nuns and monks, sorelle e fratelli che rinunciano a sé, rinunciano al mondo per imitare Gesù sulla via della povertà, della castità e dell’obbedienza e per intercedere a favore di tutti.

Le loro vite parlano da sé, ma noi potremmo chiederci: come può della gente che vive in monastero aiutare l’annuncio del Vangelo?
